- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

- Opened or used hair care products (for hygiene reasons)

- Downloadable products

- Sale items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
Steps to Return an Item:
- Initiate return through your account or contact customer service
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack item securely with all original packaging
- Include RMA number on return label
- Ship to provided return address
4. Refunds

Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
- You'll receive email notification of refund status
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
